Every gym enquiry deserves a reply in seconds.

RepReply sets up automatic follow-ups for gyms and studios: instant replies, trial reminders, and friendly nudges that stop the moment someone books.

Be the new enquiry

Book a trial at a pretend gym, then jump forward in time. Nothing is sent, so there’s no need to enter your email.

Your pretend inbox. Book a trial and the first email lands here.

Step 1: book a trial.

What every new enquiry gets

An instant reply

A friendly confirmation within seconds, while they’re still thinking about you.

Follow-ups that stop

Gentle nudges if they go quiet, switched off automatically once they book.

Trial reminders

A reminder before the session, with an easy way to reschedule, so fewer slots go empty.

A prompt to join

The day after the trial, an offer while the visit is still fresh.

Live before the January rush

It runs in the email tools you can own, and you approve every message before it goes out.

  1. A 15-minute call

You tell me how enquiries reach you and what your trial offer is.

  2. I build it

I write the emails in your voice and set up the automation in your account.

  3. It goes live

I test everything, switch it on, and keep an eye on it for the first two weeks.

Questions

Do I need to buy new software?

No. I build it with standard email tools that you hold the account for, so it’s yours if we ever stop working together. Some tools have a free tier, and I’ll tell you about any costs up front.

Who owns my contact list?

You do. It lives in your account, and I never keep a copy.

Is this legal for marketing emails?

I include an unsubscribe link and a sender identity in every message. You’re responsible for having permission to email your contacts, and I’ll explain what that means for your gym. I’m not a lawyer, so check the ICO’s guidance if you’re unsure.

What if something stops working?

I test each automation before launch and check on it for two weeks afterwards. Ongoing support is available if you want it.

Want this at your gym before January?

I’m setting up a small number of studios at a pilot price. Leave your details and I’ll get back to you to arrange a free 15-minute call.

  • Instant reply to every enquiry
  • Follow-ups that stop once someone books
  • Fewer no-shows

I’ll only use your details to reply to this request, and I don’t share them. Ask me to delete them at any time.
